We’re witnessing something truly phenomenal happening in the Perth property market—and it’s an opportunity that comes around only once or twice in a decade. 

  • In the 12 months to 31 December 2023, Perth outperformed the national house price increase of 8.1%, with home values surging 15.2% over that period.
  • WA is the fastest growing state in the country, with Perth’s population growth rate exceeding the nation’s by approximately three times. 
  • While demand continues to swell, residential stock on market has decreased 51% over the past 12 months.
  • Historically low vacancy rates are driving many investors into the market, both domestic and interstate.
  • Home ownership in WA has become more affordable than renting, with rental payments representing 35% of the average household income compared to only 29% for mortgage repayments.

Investment Strategy

To capitalise on the market’s incredible potential, we’ve structured an investment we believe will deliver truly fantastic returns for our co-owners in this syndicate.

  • The fund will acquire at least 8 separate, land-rich residential dwellings, the majority of which will be capable of subdivision and all which benefit from over 30 established selection criteria.
  • Each property will be acquired with thorough analysis of the capital growth history of the suburb and market analysis of comparable sales/rental rates in the relevant suburb.
  • Each acquisition focuses on robust property fundamentals which drive relevance and high buyer demand.
  • Our ability to purchase assets at attractive prices, along with the land-rich nature of each property, will protect the investment over a 2-3-year horizon whilst delivering robust capital growth.
