Properties & Pathways Managing Director, Cal Doggett, has been invited to speak at WA’s largest medical conference.
Properties & Pathways Managing Director, Cal Doggett, has been invited to speak at WA’s largest medical conference, MedCon21, held in Perth on June 18-20, 2021.
The conference is aimed at medical professionals in WA, inviting experts from a flurry of fields to talk about how their industries impact not only the medical profession but the greater community in which they operate.
Cal, as an expert in real estate markets and a student of futurism and technology, will present to over 1,000 doctors on why technology is changing the way people interact with real estate, and what can be done about it.
Cal’s presentation will cover two categories:
- Creating a future-proof property investment strategy, and
- Why to forget the headlines and follow the data.
Innovations such as electric cars and even 5G are set to reshape the environments we live in, and remove certain boundaries around what makes a good property investment. If the internet has increased our ability to expedite tasks, increase automation, and even to work from home, then, as an example, soundless electric vehicles on our highways and main arterial roads will surely impact how real estate markets are configured.
Cal has written for Domain.com.au on precisely this subject. Read his article below:
Many in the medical field, as with other High Net Worth individuals, look for a place to invest their earnings.
But information on where and how to invest is scarce. This is why we, at Properties & Pathways, dedicate a healthy amount of energy on investor education.
We look to empower our investors, and those with an interest in securing a financially stable retirement, with sound investment fundamentals. Whether in our blog, our YouTube channel, or dedicating time to conferences such as MedCon21, we believe there’s no better investment for us than a well-informed investor base.
